Advance Siding Inc.

Advance Siding Inc. is a siding contractor whose public footprint is a small set of Google reviews and one state enforcement record. Google shows five stars from four ratings, all written between May 2019 and January 2020. Reviewers from that period called the company professional, on time, clean and well priced, described the finish work as very good, and one called the people honest and the company reputable. None of the accounts describe a specific project in detail. One matter is worth asking about directly before hiring. Violation Tracker, compiled by Good Jobs First, records a $12,769 penalty against Advance Siding Inc. from the Massachusetts Attorney General dated May 17, 2022, classed as a wage and hour violation. That is a state agency action about how workers were paid, not a customer complaint, and the company's own account of it is worth hearing. For a homeowner considering them for siding, the 2019 and 2020 reviewers were uniformly satisfied with the workmanship and pricing. Because the reviews are several years old, ask for recent references, confirm the company's Massachusetts registration and insurance, and get the scope and price in writing.
