Kairat was the only one of 8 companies that I called to repair 3 of my 47 year old windows that would not stay open. They advised me to get new windows. He arrived the day he said he would at 6pm on a Friday. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable about window repair. He was polite and very professional.
