Prime Open Ky Inc

Kairat was the only one of 8 companies that I called to repair 3 of my 47 year old windows that would not stay open. They advised me to get new windows. He arrived the day he said he would at 6pm on a Friday. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable about window repair. He was polite and very professional. If you have old windows that won’t stay open call Kairat.

Outstanding work. Responsive, courteous, professional, fast, and did the bay window repair right the first time. Highly recommended

This was our second time working with Kairat and he did a great job. He is focused, thorough and has fair pricing. I highly recommend him for any door repair or installation.

I had a great experience! He repaired my bi-fold door and installed a childproof lock for my toddler. He was punctual, responsive, and very professional throughout the process. I highly recommend him!

Burack was able to step in and save the day. I was in a crunch for a door installation after the old door was removed and Burack & team were able to show up within an hour. He quoted me a great price & his work showed up incredibly high quality. He did all of this without me being on site. If it weren’t for his professionalism, reliability, and integrity, I would’ve been without an exterior door! Burack was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend his team for any door/window installation needs that you may have. If there was a way to give him more than 5 stars, he would have them! Thank you team!
