Manny is a great and honest worker. He works with enthusiasm and his work quality is excellent. He gave me a quote and started the same day to tear down an old staircase and rebuild new. He also installed a ladder to get to my attic and even put up a wall to make the stairs more safe. I’m happy with the work and will use him for many projects in the future!

Manuelo repaired our stairs. He gave a reasonable price to do the work, he showed up early to give a quote and offered to fix the stairs the same day. When he came back with his truck, we went right to work. He saved the existing wood on the stairs and performed a beautiful job reinforcing the steps while saving the wood. He was very professional and we would definitely use him again.

Everything went awesome with this project. The professional work that was done blew me away when I saw the final completion. The men who worked very hard finished 1 week earlier than quoted. This was a small area with Washer and dryer and side door opening was 1/3 and always hit the left side of dryer. Room was expanded towards the rear of house. Adding a door to go into fenced in backyard and a window. Now I have a beautiful laundry off of my kitchen. This is now the best room of the house. Thank you Alanna’s Construction Company.

I reached out for a consult and had a really great experience with Manoel and team. Although in the end I didn’t hire them for the job, I was impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and problem solving qualities of Manoel and his team.
