All Around Gutters & Home Repair

Come home to an ice dam and water running out of a ceiling and what matters is who picks up. A March 2023 customer in exactly that spot had already called three gutter services that never called back, and wrote that they were extremely happy with the service they got here. In an April 2022 review, an emergency call was answered on a Sunday and the crew arrived at 7am the next morning. A January 2026 customer who posted a request for a gutter cleaning heard back within minutes — on a Sunday morning. All Around Gutters & Home Repair is based in Westminster, and its site lists residential roofing, siding, gutters, storm damage and exterior repairs across Worcester, Leominster, Fitchburg, Framingham and other Massachusetts towns. Rick, named as the owner in a September 2025 review and described as a local family business in a September 2024 one, is named in more than a dozen of these reviews. The work gets described in specifics. In a March 2025 review, seamless gutters went in across a multi-pitched entrance to deal with water damage to a limestone step and ice forming on the walkway in freezing weather. A May 2024 customer who was still getting rain into their windows and basement said the crew assessed the problem and had a solution right away. An October 2025 cleaning took in the roof and the debris trapped behind the skylights, on gutters that were hard to reach and clogged. An August 2023 customer was quoted exactly what they needed — green K-style gutters with guards, and an offer to leave samples — and said nobody tried to oversell them. The other side of the ledger sits in 2024. A November 2024 review says payment was taken and the job left unfinished: a house half painted, nails in the yard, and siding done badly enough that it has to come off and be redone by someone else. An October 2024 customer wrote that they had been ghosted after multiple attempts to make contact, close to a year after the project started. A May 2024 review describes a job that was quoted and scheduled and then no-showed, with the phone going unanswered. And the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration on the state registry, #208222, is expired. For a gutter cleaning, a replacement, or a leak that needs somebody out this week, the callbacks here come fast and the pricing draws steady praise. Before you sign, ask where the home improvement registration stands, put the start and finish dates in writing, and tie the last payment to the last item on the list.
