I worked with William last week. I've worked with his dad since 1998. They did a sensational job. They made an old wood floor look new. It really shines. They even got some rough areas to shine that had been under carpets soaked from older dogs. William is very easy to work with, accommodating to my schedule and needs, and most of all, they did a terrific job. In the past, they did a job for me to sand the hard wood until tiles that were removed. But the floor under the tiles needed to be replaced. They replaced the flooring right on the spot that day, and did a terrific job for incredible price. I am already planning to use Alpha Sanding again next year, when I m away. I know the job will be complete when I return and I would be surprised if I wasn't thrilled with their work.

We worked with Alpha and the previous owner (Quinn) many times in the past. They installed hardwood floors for our house, our Cape house and our rental apartments. The new owner, Quinn son was also extremely helpful, and gave me a reasonable price for a floor repair. They always showed up on time, and did quality work!

I would highly recommend them, they are fast, clean, very friendly and the quality of their work is exceptional.

I am 70 years old and I have been involved in many home renovation projects both as a contractor and a homeowner. I have NEVER been treat so poorly and so unprofessionally by a contractor in all my years of construction. I made many attempts to communicate with Quinn Nguyen, the Alpha employee who books the jobs. I had received a quote which I promptly returned signed. When the general contractor I had hired for a kitchen renovation broke a water line and damaged the apartment below mine and then abandoned the job, I had hoped for some compassion and understanding from Quinn as I worked to get my project back on track. I communicated regularly with Quinn by text and email both apologizing for the delays caused by my misfortune and offering updates for the purposes of him rescheduling the job. Rather than showing me an ounce of compassion, he just shut be out, ghosted me, and refused any further conversation offering no explanation for his cold and icy response. Quinn is a deeply flawed person.
