American Tile referred an outside contractor for installation and let the customer leave the supplies for that contractor to collect. The reviewer praised the competitive price and delivery without delays. A June 2025 customer described Allison accompanying them to a granite yard, then helping obtain and deliver more tile after they had miscalculated their needs. Amanda's help with selection gets specific praise. In a February 2025 review, a customer said she helped narrow their style and finishes, answered questions promptly and let them borrow a tile sample for the day to coordinate bathroom fixtures. A March 2024 reviewer praised her color and style advice, calculations of tile quantities and follow-up on the order. An August 2025 customer described patient consultation while making bathroom decisions and praised the choices and prices. Other customers described installed work. A May 2024 reviewer said Joe put click vinyl flooring in their newly finished basement and praised communication and the finished result. In November 2024, a homeowner described Joe and his crew renovating two bathrooms, including cleanup during and after the job. Another November 2024 reviewer described stone selection, layout and installation for a fireplace refacing, praising the installers' care with an older home's uneven surfaces. These accounts describe different installation arrangements: the showroom's website describes referral to an outside contractor, while customers have also described work by Joe and crews. A September 2021 customer reported contradictory return instructions. They said an employee initially told them unopened boxes could be returned whenever, but the same employee cited a 21-day policy when they returned two unopened boxes two months later. That customer described the change as frustrating.
