Our boiler stopped working suddenly. I called Scott and he responded immediately. Mind you it was the afternoon and he was leaving on vacation the next day. Despite this he came all the way down to Branford at 9 PM just so we could be operational. Our motor was blown and he replaced it with a shiny new one right away. He could have not answered since it was end of day and he could have scheduled me after he returned or referred me to someone else but he didn’t. He was responsive and upon meeting him, you could tell he cared. He also was very reasonably priced (and given the circumstance I fully anticipated it was going to cost me an arm and a leg)! Superior service! I will be using Scott for all my HVAC needs moving forward!
Extremely appreciative and grateful for Scott today! He came within 2 hours of contact due to my heat not working, showed me what kind of issues to look for and how to self diagnose if needed. I received a very rapid response was next day. Scott gave me a ton of information just initially over the phone which was very helpful. They serviced our AC unit with 2 procedures that made a huge difference in the cold air output. Have had at least 3 other companies out over the years. This was the best by miles. *** Update Scott and his guy came out to our house this time. They serviced our AC cleaning and add 8 lbs of coolant. It is frosty now! He took a look at my furnace which was way overdue for service. He ordered a chamber for it and days later returning to replace the nonexistent chamber and seals. Both jobs were priced right and will save us thousands in the long run from prematurely failure. People I run my machines forever, with Scott you can too.
Absolutely without a doubt one of the best companies I’ve worked with. Scott gave me a quote and replaced my water heater the same day! He came after a job he had scheduled and worked until 9pm so my family and I would have hot water! Any other company would have had me wait….And his price was by far the best.
