Andaz Construction Corporation is a Boston general contractor, also doing business as ADC, run out of a single-employee shop. Its Better Business Bureau file, open since late 2022, carries an A+ grade. On HomeAdvisor the company shows a perfect 5.0 rating and lists major renovations, new construction, and wood and vinyl flooring installation among its work, plus emergency service availability and Spanish-language service. In a 2023 review there, a customer called the crew detailed and serious about the work, praised how well they worked with the customer, and said they'd brought Andaz back for other projects. HomeAdvisor's own page gives two different numbers for how long the company has been around — 'over 20 years' in one spot, '37 years' in another — so there's no single figure to point to. Ask for a couple of recent project references directly, especially before signing on for a larger renovation.
He is really detailed. He takes his work very seriously. He has an excellent crew that works really well with him and with the customer. I highly recommend him for other projects and have done so.
