Alex is the name that comes up in Google reviews of this Methuen drywall and renovation shop, which Google shows at 5 stars from 16 ratings. The company's site describes a drywall, blueboard and plastering specialist that also takes on framing, finish carpentry, flooring, insulation, remodeling and water or storm damage repair, says owner-operator Alex Rosado works on the job sites himself, and claims over 20 years of hands-on experience. It lists a service area of Middlesex County, the North Shore, Boston, Metro West and southern New Hampshire. In a May 2026 review, a customer wrote that Alex answered the first inquiry within an hour, handed over a detailed estimate sheet, and that he and Joe finished a full day ahead of schedule, after which Alex offered to reduce the price. A June 2026 reviewer described a drywall repair plus help coming up with a way to prevent future problems. In a July 2025 review, a homeowner whose wall and ceiling were damaged installing canless ceiling lights said Alex's partner Matthew repaired them to the point where the damage could not be seen. Another July 2025 customer, referred through Home Depot Pro Referral, got a same-day estimate for back-deck repair and repainting, with Alex and Joe on site within a week. A September 2025 repeat customer said Alex had handled drywall, flooring and window installation across several projects, and a July 2025 reviewer called a bathroom remodel reasonably priced. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #220447, is active.
Alex is the best! He is professional and his work is amazing. I will definitely have him back to do other projects I have. I highly recommend him.
Alex is easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly. He finished the job promptly and was very neat. He did some repair on our drywall and helped to come up with a solution to prevent future problems. You can trust him with your drywall needs!
Alex and Joe were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Alex responded to my initial inquiry within an hour, and we quickly scheduled a time for him to come assess the project. He was thorough during the walkthrough, and the estimate sheet was extremely detailed and easy to understand. Once we agreed on the scope, they were able to schedule the work within a very reasonable timeframe. Throughout the project, Alex and Joe were professional, respectful, and kept the work area very clean. Most impressively, they completed the job a full day ahead of schedule without compromising quality. Alex even offered to reduce the price because the work was finished earlier than expected, which speaks volumes about his honesty and integrity. The experience was so positive that Alex has already provided me with a quote for another project, and we will certainly be using him again in the near future. I would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and fair pricing.
Alex and AR are great to work with, flexible, efficient and great quality. I look forward to working together again. James (Woden Marine LLC)
