Phil is great, gave me a free estimate, showed up right on team, and did a great job. I will definitely hire him again.
Phil did an excellent job installing recessed lighting, added two new chandeliers, and quickly fixed an under-cabinet lighting issue we had, among a few other smaller projects he helped us with. We definitely recommend Arsenault Electric if you are in Northborough or the surrounding area.
