Boilers and duct work are where the detail sits. A September 2025 reviewer on Thumbtack credited Nate with getting a replacement boiler out of the manufacturer and finishing the job on time, and praised what he knows about wall-mount boilers. In an April 2024 review, a homeowner described him spending a great deal of time studying the duct work before coming back with multiple different paths forward. A 2022 Google reviewer said he had installed six different AC units for them by then; another that year wrote that his installations look like art. Several customers, writing between 2017 and 2025, describe the same thing about the selling. A December 2025 reviewer wrote there was no sales pitch or scare tactics. A 2017 HomeAdvisor customer said he never felt he was being upsold, and an Angi reviewer that same year called him a caring individual who did not take advantage. A 2022 customer who described themselves as a former HVAC system design engineer said the crew showed up as planned and found the root cause of an AC problem. One thing to settle before booking: the New Hampshire registry shows the company's mechanical business licence, MBE1701006, as lapsed. Ask Nathan Ashton where that stands, and ask for a current certificate of insurance at the same time. For a boiler replacement, a heat-pump install, or an AC problem someone else couldn't pin down, this is a small, owner-run shop whose customers describe being walked through the options first. Get the licence question answered and the scope in writing before the work starts.
