Bedard as its owners; the BBB profile files its work under vacuum cleaners. Six Google ratings average 4.8, and a 2023 reviewer who had Steve handle a few different jobs called him "an A1 Guy". If another shop has told you your system is one they can't touch, this is a reasonable second call — a small, long-established outfit where the person who answers is the person who shows up. Ask Steve straight out whether he services your make and model, settle the diagnostic fee and any parts markup before he comes, and confirm he carries current insurance.
