I have used Edgewater plumbing twice in the last 6 months for emergency matters and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and professionalism. They were able to accommodate me for same day service and they made the necessary repairs as promised. Prices were fair and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Edgewater plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
Well, I called them twice with no response. I texted the owner twice with him telling me to call the office. I used to recommend them all the time to my neighbors. Not anymore....actually I'm actively looking for a plumber.

I realize my furnace went out on the coldest days of 2022. First they said they’s be there before 6. Called me around 6:20 to let me know they wouldn’t make it but would come by between 11-12 the next day. Never showed up. Didn’t call. When I called them well after 12, they said they could try to make it the next day and would I like to reschedule. Absolutely not. Not even mad they are busy- furious they didn’t communicate with me so I could make alternative plans.
