A March 2026 Google reviewer had the old decks removed and a much larger deck built across the back of the house, then expanded the job mid-stream to rebuild a patio and stairs. 2025 Angi reviewers describe a roughly 420-square-foot deck in high-grade material followed by a stone driveway, a new deck with lighting, an outdoor shower, a stone patio and fire pit with Robert pulling the permits, a home re-sided on time and on budget, and Azek samples brought to the house so the color could be matched to the paint. Reviewers call the crew considerate and respectful and Robert easy to talk to and detailed in his answers. Angi shows 4.9 stars from 6 reviews, all five-star. The one serious complaint is about a mechanical system, not carpentry. A September 2024 BuildZoom reviewer hired Bayside a year earlier to build an accessory dwelling unit for her 82-year-old mother and said the mini-split heat pump never worked properly, leaving her mother on a space heater and a window unit for an entire year; the owner posted a rebuttal on the same page, which is why BuildZoom shows 3 stars from two entries. If your project includes HVAC, plumbing or an ADU, ask who the mechanical subcontractor is, how the system will be commissioned, and how warranty calls are handled. For a deck, outdoor shower, patio or re-siding on the Lower Cape, Bayside has a short but consistent run of happy customers and handles the permitting itself. For a full addition or dwelling unit, get the mechanical scope, warranty and the company's actual incorporation history in writing before you sign.
