On Google the company carries 4.0 stars from 51 ratings. Timing and communication are what customers write about. A July 2026 reviewer had a 15-by-30 pool installed on time with "zero surprises"; a June 2026 customer said the crew had the pool up in around four hours and kept them informed the whole way; a July 2025 homeowner who assumed a wet, rainy summer had killed their installation got it in anyway.
