MCM is installing our pool as I write this review. They have worked tirelessly for two days in the pouring rain; to prep our yard for the arrival or our pool. Not only have they been professional but hard working, courteous, and very detail oriented. When our pool was getting craned over our house, Matt took the time to take a pic of the family and helped the kids fully experience such a cool event. Justin has also been amazing through it all. He has been so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We have been blessed to work with the MCM team!

I wanted to wait a year after having my liner replaced because I had problems with my last installer. I am thrilled with the final result. No wrinkles and more importantly a company that sticks to their word. There was a minor issue and they took care of it. Chris made it easy to work with them and is a man of his word. I would definitely recommend them over Superior pools who we used for the first liner. We had wrinkles within a year and they never stood by their work.

A tree fell into my fairly new inground pool and destroyed the liner, skimmer, coping, and part of my fence. After getting quotes from a few companies, I chose Chris at MCM Pools — and I’m so grateful I did.Chris was professional from start to finish. He walked me through every step of the process, explained the pricing clearly before, during, and after the job, and kept me informed the whole way. He and his team were polite, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves every time they came. He also returned every call the same day, which meant a lot during a stressful situation.I can’t say enough about Chris and MCM Pools. He’s not only excellent at what he does — he’s a genuinely good man. Highly recommend MCM POOL.

I cannot recommend MCM pools enough! They did incredible work on fixing and relining my pool. Chris was extremely communicative and walked me through each step of the process. He called with frequent updates and was flexible while pending my insurance company. Through this project MCM pools has gained a forever customer.

Eric and Adam just did my pool opening, and kickstart. They did a GREAT job! Eric also took the time to go through my whole system with me inclusive of the filter and pool heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he did it, and I felt comfortable, and well educated as I took my notes too. I would definitely recommend this team if I had any needs in the future.
