Pool cleaning and larger installations both bring customers to Bella Pools. A May 2026 Google reviewer said the company had cleaned and maintained their pool for 15 years. A July 2026 customer described weekly cleaning and maintenance alongside pool-stair remodeling and a heat pump installed that year. Google displays a 4.8-star average from 160 ratings. The South Yarmouth business describes itself as family-owned and says it has been in business since 1987. Its website lists service across Cape Cod and Plymouth, with gunite and vinyl liner pool installation, pool design, replacement liners and equipment, covers, and maintenance. Customers have described projects extending beyond the pool itself. In a March 2026 Google review, a customer said they had contracted Bella Pools the previous year for an inground pool with a spa, pool surround, pool house, outdoor shower and landscaping. They praised Jeff and his team for explaining the process, helping with tile selection, listening to their preferences and offering alternatives. A January 2026 reviewer described lot clearing, moving existing structures, irrigation installation, planting and travertine around the pool. Another, writing in February 2026, praised stonework on retaining walls, patios and stairs. Seasonal service also appears in dated customer accounts. A May 2025 reviewer said the crew arrived on the scheduled day for a pool opening, vacuumed the pool, stored the cover in their shed and offered tips on running the filter. In November 2023, a customer said an inground liner replacement had been completed on time that spring. A March 2025 reviewer reported that a 2022 pool installation had finished on time and within budget, with Bella coordinating subcontractors and helping resolve delivery issues. Communication and billing have drawn complaints as well as praise. In June 2025, a Google reviewer described inconsistent billing, difficulty getting answers and resolving problems, and rude treatment from Courtney on the phone. A September 2025 reviewer also warned about billing. In June 2024, a longtime customer said a request for repair service received no callback. An older June 2022 review alleged that a misdiagnosed pool leak cost the customer $1,000 and criticized communication; a September 2022 commenter also alleged poor work on a neighbor’s project. Other customers describe responsive help. A June 2025 reviewer said a worker dispatched after a call to the owner fixed an automatic chlorinator by removing excess glue from its threads. A May 2026 reviewer specifically praised Beth and Courtney in the office for being helpful and responsive.
