A Saturday-night phone call and an early Sunday repair are two separate parts of one Blue Pacific customer's account. In an August 2026 Google review, the customer said a water heater had stopped working at a house in Dennis while guests were staying there. Nick answered at 8 p.m. Saturday while working at another job in Falmouth, promised to come the next morning, and followed through with a prompt repair early Sunday. The customer praised his updates and the price. Blue Pacific is based in East Falmouth. Its website says it has served the area since 2001 and provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating and cooling work, including heat pumps, drains, gas piping, boilers and water heaters. It names Falmouth, Bourne, Mashpee, Sandwich and Barnstable among its service communities. Its Massachusetts plumbing licence is active. Google reports a 5-star average from 79 ratings. Recent customers describe both plumbing repairs and HVAC work. An August reviewer said Nick replaced a hot-water tank on short notice and worked neatly. Another described an older pool heater being replaced, praising communication and prompt service. A homeowner that month said Blue Pacific fixed a kitchen-sink leak, then Nick ordered and replaced a toilet within two days. A separate August account credited Nick and his team with getting an air conditioner working, and another said Nick took care of a kitchen drain on a Saturday. A July 2026 Mashpee customer described a sink leak being repaired and a mini-split starting to leak two days later. The customer praised Nick's communication during their interactions; Dylan handled the mini-split diagnosis. He inspected the drain line outside, found a kinked hose, replaced it with PVC and checked that the unit drained properly. The customer said Dylan explained the work and answered questions. In an April 2026 review, a customer said the worker got an old pump working and was not focused on trying to sell a new one. The same customer credited Nick with keeping everything clean. Earlier work also drew specific praise: a June 2025 reviewer said Nick and Dylan installed a replacement air conditioner during a severe heat wave, managed a tight attic space and unexpected installation problems, finished in a day and kept to the estimate. A July 2025 reviewer credited Nick with installing an outdoor shower and carefully placing its exposed copper piping.
