The work is residential heating and cooling — installation and service of gas, oil and hot-air systems, heat pumps and central AC, plus duct cleaning. The customers who write about them are long-tenured. A 2024 reviewer said they had used the company for more than 30 years and called it always reliable with fair and reasonable prices; a 2023 reviewer of 20 years' standing described twice-yearly seasonal checkups, long-serving employees, same-day response on heat and AC problems and a technician who told them a clattering vent did not yet need replacing. Installation work draws specific praise. In a May 2026 review a homeowner said a new central AC condenser and coil went in efficiently with the owner personally on site working with his techs; a 2023 reviewer who is an architect and builder called them the best AC company he had worked with in 40 years and described a quiet three-zone ducted system; a 2024 reviewer whose ten-year-old system failed had it running again the next business day. BuildZoom's permit record shows 52 permitted projects, mostly gas furnace replacements around Falmouth and East Falmouth. The one negative on file is worth reading before you call. A January 2025 reviewer said that after years of the company servicing their furnace, they lost heat and were told that with their old furnace the company would not look at it, come to the house, or recommend another heating company — leaving, they wrote, two people in their seventies and a terminally ill patient without heat. Ask directly whether they will still service the age and make of equipment you have. One practical note: the company's own website is effectively a placeholder with a 2018 copyright and no services or contact details, so the phone number on its BBB listing is the reliable route in. The A+ shown on that BBB page sits on a profile that also states the business is not BBB accredited.
