One Diamond Pools customer has relied on John for pool openings and closings for several years. In an April 2026 Google review, that customer described him as friendly and hardworking, said he knew what he was doing and called his rates fair and competitive. Diamond Pools says it serves Cape Cod and the South Shore, offering pool openings, cleaning, maintenance, repairs and winterization, along with liner replacement, design and safety or automatic pool-cover services. Mike in Forestdale, writing on Google in April 2026, identified John as Diamond Pools’ owner and praised his knowledge, professionalism and responsibility. A separate May reviewer praised communication, an on-time arrival and an email reminder sent a week before the appointment. That customer said they planned to use the service again.
