David and his team are amazing. The office staff and the onsite pool technicians are courteous, helpful, know everything there is to know about pools (very important for a pool newbie such as myself) and always show up when they say they are going to. They leave the pool sparkling every time. We use DD weekly in the summer for our pool services and now we are undergoing a replacement of a lot of our pool equipment (it was struck by lightning) and David is starting the project already so we are all set to enjoy our pool this summer. The project involves a lot of different pieces - cement repair, putting a cover over the pool equipment, fence removal, ethernet cable and installation of the pool equipment itself and David is working like a general contractor to make sure everything gets done seamlessly. Incidentally, when our pump and our salt weren't working, David had great ideas for work arounds until we could get everythig upgraded. Can't say enough good things about David and his team. Plus, our dogs love them too!

Had major issue at my businesses pool with bromine levels and various other things. The keyword is had. Thanks to David and his fabulous work My pool is back within correct levels and operating smoother than it ever has as far as equipment as well. I would highly recommend David for any of your pool needs and your best option is to get on a plan with him. He always goes the extra mile.

We had an issue with our pump running really loudly and when I asked for a consultation and was told the pump needed to be replaced, the quotes were three times what any reasonable place was estimating. This might be inflation based on where we live but even so it was ridiculous. After asking for multiple quotes we found Dave and Double Diamond services! Not only was the quote reasonable but he showed up right on time just as the pump failed!! He is one of the nicest pool professionals out there with an incredible team of fabulous people. We are so thankful to have found Double Diamond! Finding great pool people is hard but everyone should know that DDS is full of EXCELLENT people!
