Don came with a plethora of information and knowledge. He described the process of how he would measure for mold air spores, and after testing, gave us information and recommendations of what to do. Left us with vital and critical information. Would highly recommend him for air quality testing. Also, he does remediation as well. Job well done.

Don did not do a thourough job of inspecting my home. This is a manufactured home and the underneath should have been inspected. He just looked in with a flash light. It turned out the floor has a significant area of rot and the under floor insulation did not extend to the main bedroom area. I am awaiting an estimate for the repairs. Don also did not notice that three windows have leaks between the panes, the toilet bowl is cracked, and GFI outlets needed to be installed by the kitchen sink.

I wouldn?t hire anyone else then done to do this job! When I get my next new home, I am going to hire him. He?s the only professional who has been kind and honest to me, as well as great quality work very very, very thorough home inspection. He noticed so many things I would?ve never. This guy literally saved my home. He gave me some amazing advice and has a lot of experience. He?s the only one I plan on going to and I?m lucky I had him.
