The company says Jean Brito started it in 2002, cleaning offices himself after years working for other cleaning companies, and that he still runs it. It works out of Shipyard Way in Medford and lists a service area covering Greater Boston, the North Shore and the South Shore — Andover, Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, Haverhill, Lawrence, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody and neighbors among them. Its Google page averages 4.9 across 27 ratings, and the written reviews lean commercial and long-term rather than one-off. A Boston business owner wrote in 2024 that "Jean, Marlee and their teams are the best" and had been using them, on and off, for a decade. A condo trustee wrote in 2023 that the association contracts BQC for trash removal, common-area cleaning and snow removal, and singled out Jean's responsiveness through a change of management companies. A dance studio owner writing in 2023 said cleaning day was her favorite day of the week and that the company took on extra cleanings for special events. Two things to raise before you sign. One reviewer in April 2025 called the company "extremely rude" with "poor customer service" and said not to use them — a single, unelaborated complaint against a run of long-tenure praise, but it is there and it is the only sour note on file. And the company's own site describes it as a BBB Accredited Business, while its actual BBB page currently carries the notice "This business profile is under review" and publishes no grade, no rating and no accreditation status at all. Ask directly about that. The right call for an office, condo association or small business wanting a recurring janitorial contract with the owner still reachable. Confirm the BBB standing, get the insurance and bonding claims in writing, and ask who specifically will be assigned to your building.
