A 2022 Google customer, writing about their house in Yarmouth, said the hardwood floors throughout needed to be replaced, and that a certified hardwood floor inspector found they were improperly installed. That 2022 customer also wrote that relief cuts were not initially put into the garage, resulting in cracks, that a water line was put in the wrong spot in the basement, and that the stove was not converted to propane when it was installed. The same 2022 customer wrote that the owner did pay to reconfigure the basement to hide the water line.

We had a very poor experience with with B R Daigle on our house in Yarmouth, I would not recommend. We have major problems with our house including needing to replace the hardwood floors throughout, as they were installed improperly. After having many issues with the floors we had them inspected by a certified hardwood floor inspector. His findings were that they were improperly installed, due to several factors, and that they need to be replaced. I found the owner to be very disorganized and disrespectful. He also showed a lack of caring throughout the project. There were too many problems to list, I will list some of them. The drywall in the photo was when we moved in, it was eventually ‘fixed’ after lots of pestering and a post on social media about our dissatisfaction. - Relief cuts were not initially put into our garage resulting in cracks throughout. - Water line was put in the wrong spot in the basement, a big disappointment to our future plans to the basement. The owner did pay to reconfigure the basement to hide the waterline. - It was important for us that Cat6 cable be put throughout, this never happened. - When our stove was installed it was not converted to propane. We keep smelling gas and had to have a new vendor come and pay to have it converted. - Several of our vanity and cabinet handles are crooked on expensive custom cabinets.
