Kaeble Energy is a cut above in the way they responded each time we had a problem. Once for the central air, once for a hot water heater replacement and for the oil furnace. They were not only quick, but their service people were curtious, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They care about their customers, striving to exceed expectations. We have never been disappointed!

Fast, friendly and thorough with their explanations when they replaced our old boiler. They took the old one away, no mess, and there's clear instructions and manuals for everything. They showed me where the shutoff is, they put in a new carbon monoxide detector, new thermostat, and left the manual right by the boiler for if we chose to have any other company come back for maintenance or service. The whole install took about 2 to 3 hours. The lady who does the phone was also friendly and able to answer any questions I had to make the arrangements for the replacement.

My dad was a customer for many years and when he passed away the folks at Kaeble have continued taking care of our oil needs at his house for over six years.. I live out of state so they would take care to make sure that we had enough oil, especially if there was weather coming. It’s hard to put into words how appreciative I have been for their care over these past many years. Highly recommend.

This company is beyond amazing! After a horrible experience with a bigger named company (due to me being desperate for heat) Kaeble got me in within the hour and were able to diagnose and repair my system. The technicians and office staff were beyond kind and helpful. A few hundred dollars for a repair is so much better than the $14,000 the other company quoted me to replace my boiler. Shop/use small, they care about their customers! Thank you again for coming in clutch!

I would like to commend Kaeble Oil, Inc. for excellent and timely service! The technicians Steve, Mark and Mike were true professionals, both well mannered and experts in their field of work. Said technicians came to my address upon specific time agreed and immediately gone about removing my old unit and replacing it with an energy efficient one, installing also a new carbon monoxide alarm alongside the new unit. They have gone in great detail explaining essential information not only on how the new unit works but also about warranties as well as future servicing of the German made Buderus unit. Lastly they did a thorough inspection of the work done prior to leaving and I couldn’t be happier with the level of expertise and professionalism displayed. I highly recommend Kaeble Oil, Inc. and their miracle workers Steve, Mark and Mike for I am not freezing any more! Thank you for your service!
