A furnace fitted for propane but connected to natural gas was the problem one customer said Ron caught. In a February 2020 Google review, the customer described using Ron's Service Heating Air Con on three occasions. On the first, Ron replaced an igniter and corrected a fitting that the customer said was feeding too much gas into the furnace and had damaged the igniter. The customer credited him with preventing a hazardous situation and recommended him for heating and air conditioning work. A boiler customer had a different experience after installation. In an August 2019 review, the customer praised Ron's installation of a gas combination boiler but said it later stopped working. The customer reported calling about four times over two months for a repair without receiving a return call. In November 2022, another reviewer described the staff as nice and efficient and said calls were returned within a reasonable time. These written accounts span 2019–2022. Google shows a 4.3-star average from three ratings.
Very nice and efficient people. They call u back in a reasonable time
I have used Ron's service on 3 occassions. Each time Ron was a great help. The first time we had to have an igniter replaced. Ron also discovered the furnace had the wrong fittings the builder had used to run propane, and when it was connected to the natural gas line the builder did not change the fittings for natural gas. This caused too much gas to be fed into the furnace, and that is what ruined the igniter. Ron put the correct fitting in and prevented a hazardous situation. That is why as long as Ron is around he is my go to guy for our heating and air conditioning work!! Highly recommended Ron's Service !!!
Ron installed our Navin gas combonatiom boiler. He was great and awesome. However it recently went down and Ive tried to get him to come and fix it. Ive called like 4 seperate times throughout 2 months and he has never once called me back.
