UPDATE: Five years ago, I decided to drop my previous propane service after repeated attempts to contact them over a week long period. This experience prompted me to buy a tank instead of being tied to a specific company, so I called Brooks Energy. Janice/Jonathan gave me several options, added me to the schedule and arrived on time the day of installation. I decided to use them for my propane because of their honest pricing and promptness. Since then I've re-filled the tank once and never have any trouble reaching someone from the company. They are always quick to respond to service needs. It's refreshing to have a company that provides a good value, is professional and arrives on time when something is scheduled. Recently, I had them install a Bradford White Brute combi and propane at my property and the work was done well and the work looks professional and clean.
Brooks Energy has been maintaining my oil furnace, and propane fireplaces for over 15 years. They are absolutely the BEST in the area. Fast dependable service, and HONEST. I highly recommend this family run company. 5stars all day.
It's a nice place and the staff are exceptionally friendly and treat customers like family. They will help you out if you have been using them for awhile and need some oil even under 100 gallons. They work with all. Even give a veteran discount.
