Bucciero Construction

Bucciero Construction is an owner-operated home remodeling and building contractor based on Cape Cod's Upper and Middle Cape, serving Falmouth, Mashpee, Forestdale, Cotuit, Pocasset, Sandwich, Bourne, Hyannis, Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis and Osterville. The company, run by Jeffrey M. Bucciero, offers whole-home renovations, additions, new home construction, kitchen and bathroom remodels, windows, doors, decks, roofing and related exterior work, with the owner personally involved in every project. The business holds an active, registry-verified Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license (CS-115169) and an active Home Improvement Contractor license (200429). BuildZoom shows seven permitted projects — decks, bathroom remodels, and a demolition/rebuild — mostly in Falmouth, East Falmouth and Teaticket, with a BuildZoom score of 90, though one Wareham permit is listed as suspended. Written feedback is thin: a 2023 Google review described the service simply as "muy buena atencion" (very good attention), a brief but positive account. Anyone considering Bucciero Construction should ask directly about the status of the suspended Wareham permit and, given the limited written review history, request references from recent Cape Cod projects before booking.
