I felt over all it went well. called and men arrived same day to check job and give estimate I thought estimate was fair and next day they returned and istalled unit. they ran into some problems and it took longer than planned but they stayed and finished the job assuring us they would not leave until job was complete. they told us any problem call right away. two days latter I called because the fan on the unit kept running. they came out right away and corrected the problem. simple switch on thermostat. the workers were extremely polite and friendly. it was a pleasure dealing with a company that provided old fash'ion service

I called later in the day and Stan sent his guys out the next morning. To our surprise it was way more then an emergency, I needed a whole new heating system. Stan gave me options I could not refuse with such great prices while reassuring me it would not only be done quick but done in the best way possible. He said it would be 3-4 days and amazingly his guys came in and completed the removal of my old system and installation of the new one in 2 days!! The work was impeccable and I had no complaints! I not only highly recommend Buonagurio HVAC, I INSIT YOU GO TO HIM FOR ALL YOUR HVAC NEEDS! I have never been happier with work done on my house, not to mention we are nice and warm thanks to Buonagurio!!!
I originally had them install a new heating system in my new home, plus had them install central AC. From the first day they were punctual, thorough, and review all the details and options before doing the work. It has been 4 years since then and I have continued to call them for annual cleanings for the heating system and now the ducts and I have to say they are wonderful. There prices are great, they work around my crazy schedule, clean up after themselves and always polite (important with my kids around). I would recommend them to anyone.
