I’m a property owner in the Merrimack valley area and have used The Masters HVAC for 3 years now and am very impressed with their services over the years. I travel a lot for work and my tenants call these professionals whenever they are in need of repairs. They always pick up their phones, are very transparent, and always give me great pricing. I first met them in 2022 when my heating and air conditioning system needed to be replaced because of its age and efficiency. They replaced my units with a higher efficiency system, 97.7 % to be exact, which was a great decision helping with the rising cost of utilities. They walked me through the rebate application, which I recieved within 3 weeks of the install done all online through the mass save registration. Since then my units have been running terrific and figured I would use them for my rentals too and I have never looked back! My technician Michael has always been prompt, professional, honest, and straightforward always explaining everything clearly and in detail. Thank you very much for your phenomenal services over the years! I love recommending you to all my family and friends!
