Rude, short tempered fellow pumping my gas the other day. I asked a question for a sake of clarification, as I was a bit exhausted coming off a 12 hour shift at a hospital (where I've been working for well over a decade now), and was met with hostility. I was taken aback and a bit confused to say the least. I appreciate the service, but that brief exchange ruined my experience.

We've used Bursaw Gas & Oil for our heating, a/c, and oil needs since 1992 and I don't think they've ever cancelled an appt. When I call for oil, they'll ask for how much oil is remaining, to determine the urgency and expected fill amount. I'll usually call when I have approx 1/4 tank remaining and delivery follows within 2 work days. They are very reliable.
