Terrified from the loud disturbing cranking sounds from the AC we called C&C. Steve and nephew showed up in 14 minutes. Problem solved. Adding five more stars to make it 10. They were professional, customer responsive and knowledgeable.
Refreshingly friendly, helpful, and transparent! Could have attempted to charge us for a laundry list of things (we’re new homeowners) but was instead honest about what needed to be done. Will definitely call C&C again

I called them yesterday to come and repair our leaking air conditioner. Steve took down all of my information and said he would be there between 8:30 - 9:00 am the next day and he would call my home number prior to his arrival. He never shows up and my husband calls him and says he said he lost all of the information I gave him (all of the contact info) and has to reschedule. In the meantime, our a/c is leaking all over the garage. I called him to see what happened and he says, "maam, did I put in your a/c?'" I said, "no". He says, "exactly, my customers come first and therefore we have to reschedule". I told him we will never ever use him again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them no stars, I would.
