As a matter of fact he also recommended that I didn't need a new water heater ( I was considering on demand) and said mine was an ok system and don't replace until it dies. He understood that I was simply looking for a high-quality, high-efficiency furnace to replace my 50 year old dead forced air system, and that’s exactly what he provided. Once the furnace arrived, the installation was completed on time and with great efficiency. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. And on a more personal note, my dogs loved Matt right from the start. I put a lot of weight on that, because they always seem to know a good person when they meet one.
