Cape Cod Custom Build is a small Yarmouth Port design-build firm that Lynda Bedard says she founded in 2013, after moving to the Cape full time and earning her contractor's licence following a 20-year career as an equity trader. She works with project executive Erika Corbo and a team of subcontractors on custom homes, renovations, kitchens and baths. In an April 2026 Google review, a couple said Lynda and Erika took their dated condo through new windows and flooring, a full kitchen renovation that removed a wall, two bathroom renovations, a reworked primary closet and a new gas fireplace. In an August 2025 review, a customer said the crew took off their old roof, replaced rotting OSB, put in three skylights and installed the entire new roof in one day in spring 2024, cleaning up down to the last scrap. A September 2025 reviewer said they had completed four projects with the team, and a January 2025 Reddit commenter said Lynda had redone their kitchen that August. The firm holds 5.0 stars from 5 Google ratings. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #182775, is active on the state registry, and Houzz lists construction supervisor licence number CS-107278.
“Lynda at Cape Cod Custom Build is fantastic -- just gout our kitchen redone by her in August.”
We had a vision for our dated condo. We talked to Lynda and Erika at Cape Cod Custom Build and told them everything we were looking for, and they did it! From replacing windows and flooring, renovating the entire kitchen (including removing a wall), renovating two bathrooms, remodeling a primary closet to make it functional and creating a new gas fireplace, they did it all. We couldn’t be happier with our new renovated condo!! Thank you Cape Cod Custom Build!!
I had the pleasure of working with Lynda and her team on a complete interior and exterior remodel of my home. The customer service and responsiveness was fabulous and the workmanship is unsurpassed. My home is beautiful and flawless. Every single person that worked on my home was immensely skilled, very professional and friendly. I recommend Lynda and her team for any project, you will be pleased that you used her firm and her talented team!
I don’t have words to describe how amazing CCCB Team is! They are organized, honest and amazing with construction process and details! We have completed 4 projects together and I can’t wait for many more. I highly recommend this amazing Team!
Simply said, CCCB provided a great design, great execution on the design, and a customer-centered approach to make us comfortable. We highly recommend CCCB for your renovations big and small as well as repairs.
Cape Cod Custom Build replaced our roof and 3 skylights in Spring 2024. The owner, Lynda Bedard, was extremely professional, communicative, and kept on top of everything. She frequently checked to make sure the job was going as planned and dealt with any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner.I was also very pleased with the recommendations and quality of materials that CCCB offers. The contractors were wonderful! They arrived early in the morning, took off the old roof, replaced old rotting OSB boards, put in 3 skylights, and installed the entire roof - all in 1 day! The crew worked diligently the whole time they were on site. No standing around, no disappearing. Everything was cleaned up down to the last scrap by the end of the day. Lynda then checked to make sure everything went as we had wanted it to. I recommend using Cape Cod Custom Build for any home project. Both myself and friends have had people not show up for jobs, or give estimates and never get back to you, so it was a relief to have a professional and courteous team working at our home that was dependable and kept in touch with us the whole way through. AND, the quality of the work is outstanding!
