My wife and I worked with Christy to sell our rental property in Fitchburg, MA in February 2022. I couldn't be happier with the decision to work with Christy. One of the hardest things about being a realtor must be that you have to be a "coach" - setting expectations for your client, managing relationships with counterparties, and keeping people focused, motivated, and in good spirits. Christy was awesome at this - even when challenges arose that might have made me throw up my hands and walk away, she brought a solution to every problem and kept us focused on the end goal: a successful closing. Another great thing about working with Christy was that she had a great respect for my bottom line. In cases where I was ready to "give money away" just to get us closer to closing, she helpfully suggested alternatives that helped to keep extra dollars in my pocket. In the end, her suggestions really added up and I'm grateful that she helped make this transaction a financial win.
