We used Eddie as our listing agent for the sale of our home. Our home sold above asking and the transaction closed successfully, but we would not use him again. Communication required more follow-up from us than we expected. When we reached out with specific questions, Eddie would sometimes direct us back to a checklist email rather than answer what was being asked. The tone in some of his responses to routine questions and follow-ups was unnecessarily defensive and, at times, unprofessional. Selling a home while coordinating an out-of-state move has a lot of moving parts, and we expected our listing agent to provide clear answers, proactive communication, and guidance through closing. That was not consistently our experience. We were pleased with the result of the sale, but not with the level of service received.
Tiffany McDonald was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process of buying our first home. From the very beginning, she was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. We recently sold our home in Royalston,MA and bought a new home in Baldwinville,MA. Our Lamacchia real estate agent was/is Eddie A'Hearn. There were bumps and hurdles along the way, but Eddie was there to help answer and solve all our problems/questions. My wife Cheryl and I liked Eddie from the start. He has an easy going friendly disposition and is easy to talk to. Eddie is attentive, responsive, a problem solver and is there when you need him. The situation was stressful and chaotic at times, but Eddie was there to calm us down and move on. I would'nt hesitate to recommend Eddie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. I met Lauren as a waitress at the Ale house, we hit it off pretty good I kept going back and we became friends. When I learned she was starting to do real estate I knew when I decided to sell she was my girl She knocked it out of the park. House was listed and sold in 4 days above asking price!!! She never pressured me for anything I was ready to do this and her guidance got me through it all. I would recommend her for any of your real estate needs, even if it’s just questions she has got your back!!! He partner Jared helped me with my purchase out of state and all I can say is if your in the market Lamacchia Realty should be your choice!!! Not a negative word to say about either my sale or my purchase!!!
Kerryann was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying process. She was especially helpful in identifying potential issues that could affect our specific financing type, which saved us a lot of time and helped us make informed decisions. We didn’t have one specific area we were searching in, and she never hesitated to drive out of her way for showings. Her communication was outstanding; she always responded quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. Beyond being a great realtor, Kerryann is genuinely such a personable and easygoing person.
