As an electrical contractor, I can say with certainty that the general contractor is often the most undervalued and underappreciated asset from the client’s perspective. The truth is, the GC is usually the number one factor in whether a job goes well or not. John is a perfectionist with extremely high standards. His job sites are always clean, organized, and professional, and he clearly communicates directives and expectations on behalf of his clients. He also holds his subs to those same standards, and I have yet to meet one I wouldn’t be happy to have working on my own home. I can’t overstate John’s ability to communicate throughout an entire project. He keeps everyone aligned — clients, subs, and other contractors — which consistently leads to excellent results delivered on time and on budget.
