Cherry Hill Pool & Spa

Six years ago Cherryhill Pools installed a small fiberglass pool in our backyard. The process was seamless. The reason for this review is not the initial installation, (which was great), but how they responded and resolved an issue that was not their fault. Over the top excellent service. Working w Jen at Cherryhill pools was a pleasure. She is warm, professional and communicated throughout the process. The owner Jim assured us the issue would be resolved. Their team Sheila, Andrew and Matt are all professional and really great to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this pool company and our experience. I have referred friends and they have all had positive experiences as well. Thank you Cherryhill pools for your excellent product, service and team! Happy in Weymouth!!!

We had the team at Cherry Hill Pool install our fiberglass swimming pool and had an incredibly positive experience. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it as a very good and fair price. At every turn they were more than will to answers questions and help us along the way. I would highly recommend them (and have recommended them) for anyone looking to have a pool installed. We are thrilled with the setup they recommended with a fiberglass pool and salt water system. It is very reliable and easy to maintain. If you go with Cherry Hill Pools rest assured you are in very good hands.

They did a great job installing it. They were also very accommodating. The pool is held up very well over all these years.

Cherry Hill is a good pool company. The pool was installed timely and efficiently. I gave them 4 stars because the installers were great and they did a good job on my pool. The only issue is that during the middle of the process, the fees increased quit substantially and even though I signed a contract- they made me pay the up charge. I didn't think that was right but I had no choice they were in the middle of my install, its unfortunate they decided to do that to customers that already signed contracts, paid down payments and were in the middle of the install. If you decide to use them, make sure to discuss this because the increase for me was several thousands of dollars -substantial!
