I can’t believe anyone who had these guys to do their pool and not left 1000000 stars ? They did a phenomenal work and my pool looks amazing they are very talented professional and on time . When it comes to communications Zach and Rayan just amazing . They reply anytime you text and they won’t just go silent. Thank you dynamic pool ! My pool pics before and after below

I had a very disappointing experience with Dynamic Pools. I contacted them after being referred for above-ground pool service and made it clear from the beginning that this was an above-ground pool. I sent photos, provided my address, and paid the quoted $1,000 in good faith. Unfortunately, the communication and service were poor. I had to follow up repeatedly for updates, and on the occasions they came to work on the pool, they arrived very late, including after 9:00 PM and after 10:00 PM. The workers who came appeared unsure about the pool system. Later, Zach admitted by text that he sent “2 guys in training” and that his workers were confused about what was going on. This matched what I observed, because the technicians did not appear to know which hoses or connections should be used for the above-ground pool system. The smaller sand filter that was actually connected to my pool was purchased on June 23, 2025, and I provided proof of that purchase. After they connected that smaller filter to the pool, the filter began leaking, and sand started accumulating in the pool. I sent photos and videos showing the leaking and the sand. I repeatedly asked what was causing the sand to enter the pool and whether the filter and return lines had been connected correctly, but I did not receive a clear or consistent explanation. Because the smaller filter was leaking and sand was entering the pool, I requested that the larger sand filter be installed, which is what I had asked for in the first place. Instead of providing a clear professional recommendation or solution, Zach later focused on the larger filter and stated that its manifold was cracked and that it was “junk” in its current condition. My concern is that if the larger filter needed a part, repair, or replacement, a qualified pool professional should have been able to identify that clearly and provide a proper recommendation before or during the service. Instead, the situation became more confusing, and I was left with conflicting explanations, no clear solution, and continued sand in my pool. Ryan later stated that because my equipment was “faulty and broken,” the sand issue was not their problem, even though the smaller filter they actually connected was the one leaking and blowing sand into the pool. Zach also stated that a positive outcome may require “a little more work and money.” Overall, I paid $1,000 and was left with sand accumulating in the pool, a leaking filter/system issue, inconsistent communication, very late arrivals, workers who appeared unprepared, and no clear resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for above-ground pool service.

I recently used Dynamic Pools to install a new pump and filter at my pool. Zach and Ryan were a great team to work with! They arrived on time, were professional throughout the entire process, and did a great job with the installation. Everything was explained clearly and the system is running perfectly. Highly recommend Dynamic Pools for anyone looking for reliable and honest pool service!

When I built my new 12000 sq foot home the first thing I did was put a beautiful landscape. The second thing I did was put in an Olympic size in ground pool. Zach gave me a great qoute and I went forward with the project. I can not say enough what a great job he did and now how his team has done servicing my pool since day one.
