Clearbay Pool and Spa

This is hands down the best pool company you can hire in Cape Cod area! We built a pool 3 summers ago and used the same pool builder (not our general contractor, who is outstanding - see my other review about them) for maintenance. The second summer started as a disaster after pool opening - black algae that required acid wash after replacing water in the whole pool! The third season was only slightly better - we had a pool with murky water one month after opening and still cannot be used. Calls to multiple potential replacement companies went unanswered. Luckily, William did, and he showed up the same day called, and promised to get the pool in condition for use in 10 days, just before the 4th of July. We were happy but took it with a grain of salt - can this pool still be salvaged? William delivered, spectacularly. He correctly diagnosed the condition, pointed out that we had imbalanced salt and too much phosphorus, and chlorine level was way too low. He then ordered the right chemicals and went to work immediately. Within a few short days, we can see the pool bottom! But William was not satisfied, he is just a perfectionist. Over the next few days, he stopped by to check pool conditions frequently, and by the end of the promised period, we have a sparkling pool again, just in time for the 4th! Today, standing by the pool which has never ever looked so clean so inviting, I thought I need to let people know how good a pool guy William is, and we are just lucky to find him to take care of our pool. Did I mention he is also super responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about what he does? I say hire this guy while he can still take on new clients.

Will has been incredibly helpful with 2 emergency situations with my hot tub, he quickly determined what was wrong and was able to get it running again. He also services my pool, he pays attention to detail and does a great job! It is so nice to have a guy you can count on!

He arrived when he was scheduled and has always been very friendly and professional. His knowledge of all things.” Pool” is comforting. Will is very easy to communicate with. His fees are competitive and the job is done the way it should be. That has not always happened in the past with a different “pool guy”. I look forward to having him back again this season. 😎
