ClearView Glass Company

Brandon runs ClearView Glass Company, a Hyannis-based custom glass shop that Cape Cod homeowners call for shower doors, custom mirrors, and the occasional window or skylight glass swap. The company says it's been in business since 2012, working the stretch from Bourne to Chatham and out to the Islands. The name comes up again in local builder reviews, too — one Cape custom-home builder says he's used ClearView for years and calls it the area's go-to glass company; another repeat customer had them install shower doors and mirrors across four bathrooms. Across 87 reviews collected on Google, Houzz, HomeAdvisor, and Angi since 2017, ratings run 4.9-5.0, and the writing itself is consistent: homeowners describe an accurate initial measurement, a clean install, and a price that matched the estimate. A 2019 Houzz review describes the same careful measuring for a custom enclosure that needed no support rails — the same detail recent reviewers still bring up. The last six months added nine more Google reviews, all positive, on the same mix of shower doors and glass replacements. One review breaks the pattern: a 2022 account describes a custom half-moon window that started leaking a few years after installation, with the customer saying ClearView wanted payment to pull and reinstall it rather than treat it as a warranty repair — worth raising if a job involves anything beyond a standard shower enclosure. It's also worth asking directly about licensing: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, verified against the state registry, currently shows expired. For a shower door, custom mirror, or glass replacement job on the Cape, the volume and consistency of the record make this an easy call for that work — just confirm the registration status and get warranty terms in writing for anything more involved.
