Dodge Oil & Propane

Don't do it! Customer service is terrible. Price is higher than anyone around and I heat my entire house with propane. If you need to talk to someone in service forget it. They never answer. You have to leave voicemails which they never respond to. Must call multiple times. We all know changing tanks is a pain so we procrastinate. I finally had to change in November when I needed a propane fireplace serviced. Unfortunately I had just had all of my tanks filled, 3 100 gls. and 1 50, a few weeks before. The new company I called was coming to service my fireplace, install their tanks and fill. They were 40 cents a gallon cheaper and I could actually speak to a human. After trying to get answers about when my old tanks would be picked up and charges etc., I finally settled on just having them picked up after my 3 calls and my husbands 1 call. They were picked up in the middle of December. January comes and I get a bill for tank removal but no credit for propane. I call. Leave a voicemail in service. Wait 3 business days and call again. The woman who answers the phone says I have a credit on my account. No one bothered to call or email. Lucky for me this will be our last interaction!

I have had great service from them. I'm a new customer and have been very satisfied with their service.

Worst supplier. High prices and takes forever to get a delivery.

Im extremely disappointed in how this company handled a serious delivery mistake and the complete lack of follow-up afterward.Last year, I ordered 100 gallons of oil and instead received nearly 480 gallons, which overfilled my 500-gallon tank.

Ive been with Dodge oil company for over 20 years and now with the new owners Lake Region Energy for a few years. I was a very satisfied customer for years.
