In a 2019 review, a customer said Steve serviced their oil-fired boiler for many years, until they switched to gas. That 2019 customer said that when the boiler stopped running in the winter the night before they were going away, he came and made the repairs, then checked in on the boiler each day they were away. A 2019 customer gave one star, writing that he overcharged for parts (more than twice the amount) and that his work was pretty unreliable. A 2020 customer gave a five-star review praising him at his job.

I’m surprised to read that other negative review...Steve serviced my oil fired boiler for many years (until I switched to gas last year) and was always prompt, extremely knowledgeable and took pride in doing a good job. He even went way above and beyond for me when my boiler stopped running in the winter the night before I was going away. He came and made the repairs but also checked in on the boiler each day I was away to ensure it didn’t fail again. If that’s not dedication then I don’t know what is.
I give this guy 1 star only because zero stars is not an option. He really deserves no stars, and no thanks. The guy is terribly unfair, moody, and overpriced. He overcharges (more than twice the amount) for parts and his work is pretty unreliable. Take my advice and GO ELSEWHERE!!
