I just realized there are 3 different listings for this business with the same website and phone number on google. Only one identifies as being located in North Grafton. That may have been a red flag. I called this company because there was a foul smell in my fridge that was getting into everything and paid a $120 consultation fee. When the technician arrived all he did was change the water filter and opened the back of the refrigerator to clean the coils that weren't dirty. He told me that the coils weren't dirty. Sprayed them with a bottle of cleaner , closed the fridge back up and then charged me $230 for everything. And the smell came back the next day. I called the company again to explain that the issue was not fixed. If they could send out another technician. I was told a technician would call me back. I called twice and have not received a call back. The scond time I called the woman hung up on me . I was going to ask about their labor warranty but did not get a chance to. I would not recommend this company.

Ramo came and looked at our oven and diagnosed the repair. He charged $250 and said he will order the part and return to fix it. He called a couple of times afterwards and said parts are delayed and never called back and kept the deposit. I called their office and got a vague answer. Complete crooks, I will not use them again.
