Viscarello Plumbing And Heating LLC

The heat quit on one of the coldest days of January 2022, and the homeowner wrote that Chris was there within the hour — furnace running again, sink clog cleared, and a line at the end of the review that says most of it: "I just found my new plumber!!" Viscarello Plumbing and Heating works out of Parrott Street in Lynn, and the same first names keep showing up in the write-ups: Chris, with Mike and Greg on the bigger jobs. Customers wrote between July 2021 and March 2023, and the work they describe is the everyday kind — leaking water valves replaced the next day in September 2022; a kitchen faucet that wouldn't shut off swapped out with new shut-offs in May 2022, with the fridge water supply fixed at no extra charge; washer and dryer lines and a drain run in November 2021; a new flange set into the cast iron pipes of a 1910 house that December. Speed and plain quoting come up again and again. A January 2022 customer got a fair price, same-day work and a referral for the ceiling patch afterwards; a September 2021 reviewer described Greg installing an outdoor spigot quickly and cleanly; another that month wrote about Chris making it happen for a veteran in Lynn over a holiday weekend. Gas work shows up too: a gas line and a hot water line rerouted in July 2021, and an old gas stove removed and replaced in a large condo building the same month. The Google page averages 5 stars across 51 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau shows an A+ with nine years in business. One thing to settle first: the Massachusetts registry lists the plumbing licence tied to this business, 4201-PL-C, as expired. Ask about it directly, and ask for the licence number of whoever will actually be doing the work at your house. For a Lynn-area leak, a furnace that dies on a cold morning, or a laundry hookup to run, this is a shop customers describe as turning up fast. Sort out the licence question, and get the price in writing before anyone starts.
