A 2023 customer with a central air problem said Brandt called back before they could try another company, showed up on time and fixed the issue immediately. A 2022 customer said Brandt was the only one who would come out the same evening, in the summer heat, after they broke a line on their central air system. That 2022 customer said he worked long into the darkness to get the air conditioning running again and explained what he was doing as he fixed it. A 2021 customer said a no-heat call turned out to be the thermostat, which was replaced very quickly. A 2021 customer said their furnace was not staying lit and the problem was resolved in one visit. A 2021 customer had two older oil furnaces cleaned and tuned up and said they were not upcharged on needed parts. I had an issue with my central air conditioning and absolutely dreaded making calls and literally hoping I'd get a callback. After I found Brandts# online,I called,left a message and proceeded to find another # to call. I figured if I called 4 or 5 companies, I may get ONE callback....maybe! Before I could call another Company, Brandt called back! I explained my issue and he was professional, courteous and was available immediately to help! Not only did he show up on time, he was neat, respectful,he explained exactly what was happening and fixed my issue immediately! He thoroughly knows his business,he is super easy to talk to and never made me feel like my questions were not silly! Very happy and feel fortunate to have found him . The BEST !
My heating units for my business went down in the middle of winter. Brandt came out immediately, assessed the situation and got to work. We were up and running in a few days. Very honest and transparent in all interactions. I was so happy with the service I'm going to have Controlled Mechanicals as my HVAC maintenance company. Highly recommended.
Brandt was excellent when I broke a line on my central air system. He was the only one that would come out in the evening in the heat of the summer on the same day that it went down. He worked long into the darkness to get my air conditioning working again and thoroughly saved the day. He was informative and explained what he was doing while fixing the system making me more knowledgeable on what I may need in the future. I will be using him for all of my air conditioning maintenance repairs and eventually installing a new system and I thoroughly recommend him.
I recently called for a no heat issue.. the prompt response and highly skilled work was impressive. It was the thermostat and it was replaced very quickly. Excellent work , I highly recommend.
