Let me start with the fact that I did not find this company through a referral from a friend. I simply researched a bunch of places within a 30-minute radius of my home, and this was the only place that didn’t have a single bad review but also had a bunch of recent reviews. What a great experience it was. My 7-year-old oil tank took a hit with a pinhole leak and unfortunately only had a 3-year warranty. Considering that my oil tank failed so quickly and replacements are pricey, there was no way that I was going to do an even replacement for just another 3-year warranty. Nate introduced me to the Roth oil tanks that have a 30-year manufacturer warranty, which was really reassuring. Both times he came to my house, he arrived exactly on time. It was a surprise the first time, but then I expected it the second time. Many companies give a large window for arrival times, so that quality stood out immediately. During his short time here, I feel that I learned a lot about his values and mission both directly and indirectly. He even took the time to teach me how my boiler works and how to bleed my radiators myself. I expected there to be extra charges for these services, but when the bill came it was exactly what we talked about initially, meaning all of what he did afterwards was out of his own kindness. He was here all day by himself, and yet he still had the energy to go above and beyond to teach me something that most would withhold to solidify repeat services. This is not the kind of company that takes your money and leaves with it, he went above and beyond to earn it. During conversation, I learned that he is also a pastor, and I really feel that he indirectly incorporates those values of honesty and helping others into his business. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on, and I encourage you to take the leap and give them a shot yourselves!
I highly recommend Right Way Mechanical. Nate Greely has been taking care of the boiler furnace at Apostolic Lighthouse UPC for about 5 years now, and he always does an excellent job. Our church building is almost 100 years old, so the heating system can be pretty tricky, but Nate has really helped us troubleshoot some tough problems over the years. We’re very grateful for his reliable service! Pastor Darren Dyke
Helped me get my furnace boiler working with out costing me more than a phone call. Turned out I had a bunch of sediment in the bottom of my brand new boiler in the house I bought. So I couldn't get it to fire my steam boiler so he helped me on the phone understand I just had to purge some of the settlement and then it should turn on which is exactly what happened. Highly recommend him to anyone that has furnace problems.
We contacted Right Way Mechanical one night when we found our oil tank to be actively leaking. Once we ironed out what was needed through exchanging photos and videos, a quote was sent, authorized and very promptly repaired within the week. The work was top notch and all areas were cleaned after the repairs. 10/10 would recommend and we will be using them again if/when needed.
I recently had Right Way Mechanical out to inspect our 74-year-old boiler after CO2 levels were detected one night. Nathan was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the necessary adjustments to get us through. He provided the estimates I requested for an upgrade, and after we decided on a complete replacement of the boiler and hot water tank, they got us right on the schedule. It was a big job, but Nathan and his son worked diligently over two days to get it done. The new system is laid out like a work of steam punk art—it’s a masterpiece of the basement. Most importantly, it’s super efficient and quiet. I really like their work and chose Nathan specifically for his good, independent demeanor. If you want the job done the right way, this is the team to call.
