Cotuit Solar is a Mashpee solar installer with 190 Google ratings averaging 5 stars. Its website says it designs, installs and commissions residential, commercial and agricultural solar PV systems across Cape Cod, the Islands and southeastern Massachusetts, and that it has been installing solar on Cape Cod since 1988. The site names Conrad as the company's principal. A recent Google customer said Matt measured the roof and designed a system, the permits came through in two weeks rather than the roughly three months he had estimated, and a six-man crew installed it in half a day and picked up all the trash. A recent reviewer who wanted an unusual design said Conrad and the electrician helped them pivot to a standard net-metering Enphase system after the town turned that design down, and that Nikki in the office kept them informed about scheduling and inspectors. A 2026 customer whose solar had been installed by a different, unresponsive company said Cotuit Solar showed up, identified the problem and fixed it. A 2026 reviewer who had been a SunRa Solar customer said Cotuit took them on and, in 2025, took care of a micro inverter that quit working. In a 2024 review, a customer described a leak through a skylight surrounded by panels: Cotuit came out within a day, removed the panels, found the problem was not related to them and had their roofer fix it. A 2026 Centerville customer said Cotuit removed 24 panels and stored them on site so a roof leak could be repaired, then reinstalled them. In 2023, a Falmouth reviewer said Cotuit installed the system two months faster than the next competitor's estimate and did not pressure them into rental agreements or financing. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 146276, is active on the state registry under COTUIT SOLAR, LLC. A Massachusetts electrician licence, number 22826, is active on the state registry under JEFFREY. GREENWOOD.

Cotuit Solar was absolutely wonderful to work with from the planning process to final installation. We couldn’t be happier with our system!!
I have found Cotuit Solar to be highly professional, delivering what they promised when they promised, and providing excellent customer service for any questions, issues, help with interfacing with Eversource, etc. Every member of the staff I have encountered has been both very professional and exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly.
Cotuit solar was amazing every step of the way. They actually finished ahead of schedule which was great. Highly recommend!
Cotuit Solar came highly recommended to us by a neighbor here on Cape Cod so we signed up to have solar panels put on our house. Matt came out and measured up the roof and designed a system. He told us it would take approximately 3 months for all the permits to be approved. Much to our surprise, all permits were completed in 2 weeks and the installation was scheduled. A 6 man crew showed up to our house the following week. Installation commenced the moment the crew got out of the truck. Everyone had a job to do and the installation was fast and clean. All trash was picked up and a half day later my system was installed. The crew was friendly, answered any questions I had and thanked me for choosing Cotuit Solar. The Town was out today to do the electrical inspection and we are scheduled with Eversource to have our meter swapped out and the system turned on. We could not be any happier as everything went as planned and we are well ahead of schedule. A big Thank you to Nikki, Matt, Jeff and last but not least the installation crew. The job looks terrific!!!
