Craig Faria electric recently responded to a problem outside at our meter box. The house was loosing electric power because of a faulty 100 amp breaker. They arrived within an hour and quoted a very reasonable price to fix the problem. From arrival until completion was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The two electricians were professional and polite. Breaker was worn out where it mounted to the meter buss. Replaced and checked. No more issues. Thanks guys!

This review will be divisive, and spark many opinions-but here goes-- We recently had a plumbing contractor install a heat pump. They subcontracted the electrical work to Craig Faria Co. On the second day, 2 workers showed up in a Faria company van (see photo)and took only about 60-90 minutes to complete their work. This service is listed on our invoice as costing 2 thousand $. That cost was figured into the estimate by the plumbers-Pricy? Maybe, but not the point or the problem. What was a problem, was that the older male electrician( the owner perhaps?) I forget his name) about 55-65, heavyset, light hair-asked me if "it was okay to use the bathroom"? "Sure". I said. Wrongfully assuming that he would need to urinate. His assistant that morning also asked to use the bathroom as well, and was in and out within 2 minutes. This older gentleman, however, must have been in my bathroom for at least 8-10 minutes. You can assume what he did-A number 2, a bowel movement!!! Now the point of this review/commentary: I fully understand that someone working for you on or in your home should have access to a bathroom. However; I have owned 3 homes over the last 40 years, and never, ever, ever, has a worker taken a big old smelly dump in my bathroom!!!! He did use the air spray-To no avail. I bleached the entire room after I realized what happened. So, while Craig Faria Co. may be amazing electricians, at least one of their workers felt entitled to befoul our bathroom. Even IF, he had some medical condition-There is NO excuse! This was a very, very, quick job-there were several places(shops, gas stations, etc..)besides my home at which he could have "taken care of his business "! Hell, he passed at least 5 Dunkin's on the way! Totally unprofessional and a lesson for me. If a contractor asks to use my bathroom I am telling them that if it is for anything but urination, head down the road ! Perhaps not a popular opinion, but one that homeowners need to be aware of. Next time I have a multi-day job, I will rent a porta-john!!
