CT Elite Remodelling handles bathrooms, kitchens and whole-house updates. Its website lists a service area that runs from New Haven, Hamden and Orange to Greenwich, Westport and Ridgefield, and the company says it has been in business 20 years. Its pitch is that the price and the deadline are both written into the contract. One customer hired the company after a previous contractor left their bathroom unfinished and kept extending the deadline; that customer says the team communicated clearly and finished the project on time. A Greenwich customer with an outdated kitchen says CT Elite Remodel showed them all the options and got the work done within 3 weeks. A customer with a different kitchen got a few estimates before choosing the company and says the team answered all their questions and kept them informed from start to finish. One customer who bought an older home says the company handled the bathrooms, flooring, paint and kitchen they wanted updated before moving in. A family turned a basement storage room into a family room for their kids, and says the crew always showed up when they said they would and made sure they knew what was happening each week.
